How to delete your NutriSlim account and data

Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your NutriSlim account and all associated data at any time.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the NutriSlim app
  2. Go to Settings (⚙️ icon)
  3. Tap on "Account"
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

Email: privacy@nutrislim.app

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include: Your registered email address and username

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Personal information (name, email, date of birth)
  • Health data (height, weight, health goals)
  • Nutrition tracking data (meal logs, calorie intake)
  • Progress data and analytics
  • Meal plans and shopping lists
  • AI conversation history
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Subscription information (payment details handled by Stripe)

Timeline

  • Immediate: Account is deactivated and you can no longer log in
  • Within 30 days: All data permanently deleted from active systems
  • Within 90 days: Data removed from backup systems

Important Notes

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

After deletion, you will not be able to recover your account or data.

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active Premium subscription:

  • Cancel your subscription BEFORE deleting your account
  • You can cancel through Google Play Store
  • Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel subscriptions

Data Retention for Legal Purposes

We may retain certain data if required by law, such as:

  • Transaction records (for tax/accounting purposes)
  • Data subject to legal hold or investigation

This data will be deleted as soon as legally permissible.
